- In a phone call with MagicCarrot.com on 7 March 2020, JB indicated that the language “choose a Carrot” means to play a Choose a Carrot card, so Kubrickian Glee prevents play of Choose A Carrot cards, not other means of choosing Carrots.[1]
Trivia[]
- The card is named after famed film director Stanley Kubrick. In a TV special Dennis Miller made a joke about throwing a bone into the air in Kubrickian Glee.[2]
- Stanley Kubrick directed the film 2001: A Space Odyssey, the introduction to which featured a prehistoric scene with primates, an obelisk similar to The Minilith, and a bone that the primates throw into the sky.
- This card was originally released as promo card Omega 15 and later included in the Fantastic Booster Deck.
