Locked In may be used once by a player to force an opponent to play the Top and Bottom Run cards on the next turn(s). All cards that can be used must be used even if the consequences are bad and the only viable targets belong to the opponent.
- Cards that are saved such as The White Stuff and Noah's Flood! are discarded. If Selective Disclosure reveals that a player has a card like so in his run, Locked In can be devastating. This method is most effective if either Locked in or Selective Disclosure has been changed into a special or very special via Run Transformer or Transcendental Run
