Lucky Clover are run cards that improve a bunny's ability to withstand most weapon attacks. After running them through, a player may place them on one of his/her own (or an opponent’s) bunnies to lower the strength of any weapon attacking that bunny by the number of Lucky Clover that are attached to the bunny.

- 50/50 weapons are not affected.
- The Red Lumbering Bunny is permanently protected by a Triple Lucky Clover.
- The Pink Lumbering Bunny is permanently protected by a Quindruple Lucky Clover.
- A player may play multiple lucky clover cards on the same bunny for cumulative protection. For example, a Double Lucky Clover and a Triple Lucky Clover on the same bunny will subtract 5 from any weapon level. Lucky clover cards may also be played on red or pink lumbering bunnies to increase their protection.
- The Black Cat removes all lucky clovers from one bunny.
- A bunny abducted by Area 51 or the Mothership must immediately discard any lucky clover cards.
- Lucky Clovers may be shared between bunnies joined by the Fingercuffs.

- The maximum number of clovers a bunny can have is 161: the Pink Lumbering Bunny with all 12 clovers and Miracle Growth.
- 2 * (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 + 10 + 11 + 12) + 5 = 161
- The above power would make you immune to any weapon (Level 20 weapon boosted by 12 and doubled in power by a failed Ancient Star Rod, for a grand total of only 64). However, it would be far easier to omit the 9, 10, 11, and 12 clovers, since you would still have enough to survive.
- 2 * (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 + 10 + 11 + 12) + 5 = 161
